How an Order Works

By submitting an order enquiry and confirming your measurements, you enter into a binding purchase agreement with Make it Popp. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order in writing by email.

All pieces are made to order. Production begins only after order confirmation and receipt of payment.

Prices & VAT

All prices are listed in Euro (€). Make it Popp is currently not VAT-registered; prices shown are final with no VAT applied.

We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. The price valid at the time of your order confirmation applies to your purchase.

Payment Terms

Payment is due in full before production begins. We accept payment by bank transfer (SEPA). Your order confirmation email will include the invoice and full payment details.

Orders enter production once payment has been received and cleared. We aim to acknowledge cleared payments within one to two business days. If payment is not received within 7 days of the order confirmation date, we reserve the right to release the order slot.

Retention of Title

Goods remain the property of Make it Popp until full payment has been received. Title passes to the buyer upon complete settlement of the purchase price.

Made to Order — Returns

Because The Dog Rain Coat is made specifically for your dog, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Full details are available on our Returns & Repairs page.

Your statutory rights under EU consumer law remain unaffected.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence also apply.
